When I started my real estate career in December 2024, I didn’t have a roadmap. I didn’t want to follow outdated books or templates. I wanted something smarter. Something that worked the way I think.

Why ChatGPT

I had been using ChatGPT since it launched in November 2022, back when I worked at Luxury Presence. I was already experimenting with it daily, pulling ideas from tech newsletters and prompts thought leaders shared on Twitter (now X).

When I got my license, I did what came naturally: I asked ChatGPT to create my real estate agent onboarding plan. I wanted daily direction. I wanted to know how to market myself. And I needed accountability.

There was no comprehensive real estate AI course at the time. No training built specifically for agents. I had to figure it out myself, and that process became the foundation of what we teach today.

What I Built with AI

• A personalized onboarding map to launch my real estate business
• A realistic, step-by-step marketing plan
• A clear daily system to keep me consistent

It wasn’t perfect, but it was mine. And it worked.

I knew I was good at using ChatGPT, but I felt like I was barely scratching the surface.

Finding Eva

Then I got a newsletter about a workshop called Think With AI, hosted by Eva.

I signed up without hesitation.

20 minutes in, I knew I wanted to work with her. Eva’s deep knowledge and thoughtful prompts opened my eyes. She was building systems—the kind of systems I wished existed when I started.

Now, we’ve partnered to bring this knowledge to other agents, not as another generic course, but as a clear, step-by-step system built specifically for real estate.
